Instagram Yeti Rambler 30oz Tumbler Giveaway
Eligibility
The Instagram Yeti Rambler 30oz Tumbler Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of Tennessee and Kentucky, aged 21 years or older, who are followers of Bill’s Package Store on Instagram (@billspackagestore).
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway will begin on September 1 and end once Bill’s Package Store reaches 1000 followers on Instagram.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must follow @billspackagestore.
Prize
The prize for the Giveaway is one Yeti Rambler 30oz Tumbler.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and will have 7 days to respond. If there is no response within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected.
Publicity
By entering the Giveaway, participants grant Bill’s Package Store permission to use their Instagram username in promotional materials and announcements related to the Giveaway.
General Terms
- The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants release Instagram from any and all liability associated with the Giveaway.
- By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Bill’s Package Store, which are final and binding in all respects.
- Bill’s Package Store reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Giveaway.
- The winner’s name will be announced on Bill’s Package Store’s Instagram page once they have claimed their prize.
