Hazelnut Espresso Martini
- Ingredients:
- 1 oz Espresso
- 1 oz Vodka*
- 1 oz Kahlua Coffee liqueur
- 1 oz Godiva chocolate liqueur
- Directions:
- Add ingredients and shake in a cocktail shaker filled with ice until frothy.

Bonfire Night
- Ingredients:
- 1 oz Apple Cider
- 1 oz Apple Brandy
- 1 oz Scotch*
- 1 tsp Maple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Directions:
- add to an ice-filled shaker strain into a chilled glass, and garnish with an apple slice.

Winter Berries
- Ingredients:
- 2 oz Sparkling wine or Champagne*
- 1 oz Bourbon*
- ½ oz dark berry liqueur
- 1 half-moon lemon garnish
- Directions:
- Add to an ice-filled glass and stir gently.

Spiced Apple Cider Hot Toddy
- Ingredients:
- 1 ½ Bourbon whiskey*
- 4 oz hot apple cider
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 – 3 whole cloves
- lemon slices for garnish
- Directions:
- Heat the apple cider with cinnamon stick and whole cloves.
- In a mug, add the bourbon, honey, and lemon juice. Stir until honey is dissolved.
- Pour in the cider. Strain the hot apple cider into a mug, discarding the cinnamon stick and cloves.
- Add a slice of lemon to garnish.
