There’s a lot more ways to enjoy tequila than just shots and margaritas!
Pink Paloma is a great grapefruit and tequila cocktail recipe for any party.
Bill’s Package Store recommends these tequila cocktail favorites:
The Paloma
The Paloma is a classic Mexican cocktail and the perfect brunch drink.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. tequila*
- ½ oz. Lime juice
- 2 oz. grapefruit soda or grapefruit juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 1 oz. soda water
- Flaky sea salt & grapefruit wedge for the garnish
How to make:
- Rim the glass with salt.
- Stir tequila, grapefruit, lime and syrup in the glass.
- Add ice and top with soda water.

The Tequila Sour
A delightfully refreshing sweet tart drink with a frothy foam topping.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. tequila*
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. lime juice
- 2 teaspoons agave nectar or simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 egg white*
- Cocktail cherry and lime wedge for garnish
How to make:
- Add the tequila, lemon juice, lime juice, syrup, bitters, and egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake for 15 seconds.
- Add the ice to the cocktail shaker. Shake again for 30 seconds.
- Strain the drink into a glass; the foam will collect at the top.
- Serve with a lime wedge and a cocktail cherry.

The Mexican Mule
Like the Moscow Mule, it’s crisp, bold, and full of flavor.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. tequila
- ½ oz. fresh lime juice
- 4 oz. ginger beer
- Lime slice for garnish
How to make:
- In a copper mug or glass, pour in the tequila lime juice, and ginger beer.
- Add ice and garnish with a lime slice.
- Serve immediately.
